The Eville Shindig is the love child of a group of guys and gals in the Eville Do-Rzs Gearhead Club.
We traveled the country and designed this show as a tribute to the TRADITIONAL HOT RODS AND KUSTOMS of the past. We believe that these are the styles of cars, trucks and bikes that made the car hobby a staple in the USA and the world. We love all kinds of cars (well, mostly) and appreciate the hard work that goes into everyone’s dream car.
That being said, we are going to hold true to our original vision. We will accept ONLY TRADITIONAL HOT RODS AND KUSTOM CARS UP TO 1968 AND TRUCKS TO 1972.
No Muscle cars, no Pro-Street cars, no restomods, no donks and no exibition creations that are really not a car at all.
Modified cars that fit these years must be modified as they could have been in that time period. For example, if you have a stock 65 GTO, it’s a Muscle car, if you have 65 GTO Gasser from the sixties, bring it.
In most cases it’s simply a wheel Change.
We intend no harm, we are just sticking to our original dream of the best traditional show in the USA.
No Big booming stereos with CD and DVD players, Flat screens, and a row of speakers in the back seat.
Absolutely No Mini trucks.
Not big on Pro-touring cars. Newer engines may be acceptable, just keep your hood closed. But full on modern technology, this isn’t your show and you will be turned away. Not saying your ride is not cool it just does not fit with the style of our show.
Some stuff is going to pass, but stick with the style of the show, Traditional.
We are not big on tons of Billett. Some is OK, but everything polished Billett does not fit in the style of our show.
We frown upon digital dashes and LED lights.
Unfinished vehicle? We understand, and that is what this show is about. Primer, rust, or shiny paint you can’t stay in the garage forever! As long as the age and style fits your in.
It is our discretion to pick any traditionally styled and/or period correct car to let into our show. Send a picture and we will tell you if your in or not.
Motorcycles don’t have to be pre-68, but still must fit with the style of the show.
We prefer Choppers, Bobbers, Cafe Racers Brat Bikes what-have-ya.
No Modern Baggers are allowed.
Non-American Cycles, we don’t care if it runs on rice or tea and crumpets, but the same style standards apply.
I’ve heard some folks say, “well I would like to bring my car, but I have a nice paint job," we ain’t saying your car has to be in primer or unfinished, we love pretty shiny paint too!
We Definitely accept RATRODS in our show, we love seeing what you can build.
If you have any questions send me an email with a couple of pictures and we can tell you yes or no quickly if your ride will be allowed.
We hope if your car doesn't fit you will still come and attend. Its gonna be a hell of a show!
